- Account Marketplace: Providing a marketplace platform for gamers to list, sell, and buy FreeFire accounts.
3. User Responsibilities
When placing an order or listing an item on our store, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Data: You are solely responsible for inputting the correct FreeFire Player ID. If you enter an incorrect Player ID and the diamonds are sent to another account, the transaction cannot be reversed, and no refund will be issued.
- Provide Authentic Proof: Any screenshot or receipt uploaded to verify payment must be genuine. Tampering with or forging payment proofs is considered fraud and will result in an immediate permanent ban from our store and potential legal action.
- Comply with Game Rules: You agree to abide by the terms of service set forth by Garena FreeFire. We are not responsible for any actions taken against your game account due to violations of game developer policies.
4. Payments, Deliveries & Refunds
All top-up purchases are subject to the following billing policies:
- Pricing: All prices listed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice based on currency conversion rates and supplier prices.
- Delivery Time: Most diamond top-ups are completed within 5 to 30 minutes of payment verification. However, processing times may occasionally take longer due to server traffic or high queue volumes.
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of game top-ups, all sales are final. Refunds will only be evaluated and processed if we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability or a technical error on our side.
5. Account Marketplace Terms
For buyers and sellers utilizing our account marketplace:
- Verification: We inspect and verify the ownership of listed accounts to ensure they match descriptions, but buyers are urged to inspect security links during handovers.
- Transactions: Payments must be processed through our official channels. Doing deals outside the platform with sellers is strictly prohibited and removes all buyer protection.
- Post-Sale Responsibility: Once account ownership is fully handed over to the buyer (with secure recovery details changed), we are no longer responsible for future account disputes, bans, or lockouts.
6. Game Developer Affiliation
Rowdy Diamond Store is an independent third-party distributor. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, or in any way officially connected with Garena, FreeFire, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rowdy Diamond Store and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- The use or the inability to use our services.
- The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.
- Unintended account suspension or bans by Garena for third-party top-ups or account trading.
- Incorrect Player ID inputs or typos made by the user.
